Welcome to Beaumont Primary Healthcare.
Our mission is to provide excellent health care in a pleasant professional environment. Our office accepts most insurance plans and has costs similar to other practices in town. This practice operates in a different, less hurried environment. We schedule 2-4 patients per hour on average instead of the 4-5 patients per hour that is typical of most practices. We understand that effective medical care requires communication between the doctor and patient.
This practice opens early on Tuesday and Thursday (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) to see patients before work. This practice stays late on Monday and Wednesday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm) to see patients after work. We are open Friday from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Having a good connection with a primary care physician is important. Primary care doctors monitor health issues over long periods to identify and address issues before they become major problems. Primary care doctors educate patients on health, wellness, and chronic disease management. Primary care doctors evaluate and treat illness. Primary care doctors also provide referrals to specialists and coordinate care.
For patients with pain, this office will try to find and address the underlying cause of the pain. For chronic pain control, this office will refer patients to a pain management specialist. This office does not prescribe narcotic pain medicines such as OxyContin, Vicodin and similar drugs. These drugs require specialized monitoring provided by pain management to reduce the risks of addiction and misuse.
I opened this practice on February 1, 2017. I am grateful for all of the positive feedback from our patients, positive reviews, recommendations, and Facebook. We are very pleased with how smoothly and effectively the office runs due, in large part, to the cooperation of our patients.
